BS***1 is RAM Mapping *2x4 LCD Controller for I/O MCU. The BS***1 is a **8 pattern (*2 x 4 ), memory mapping, and multi-function LCD driver. The S/W configuration feature of the BS***1 makes it suitable for multiple LCD applications including LCD modules and display subsystems. Only three or four lines are required for the interface between the host controller and the BS***1. The BS***1 contains a power down command to reduce power consumption. The BS***1 is fully compatible with HT***1.
