This is our latest MHD (magnetohydrodynamic) machine for lead shot production, which is built upon a brand-new principle breaking of lead jet by a magnetic field in the
inert gas environment.
This method includes all benefits of traditional methods of lead shot production such as tower and Bliemeister methods.
Our MHD machine is compact, reliable, without any wearing parts, able to work non-stop *4/7/**5. It produces excellent-quality shot of a strictly
desirable diameter which may be varied from 1.5 to 4.5mm, and it also has a fair price!
The production cycle consists of only 3 operations: production of lead shot by the MHD machine, drying and graphite coating. This simple chain minimizes
production expenses.
