• LED - What type of LED and what brand?
• There is a general rule that LED itself can take up to *0% of the product cost.  The product price you are paying generally gives an indication of what type of LED and brand the product is using.

• Brightness - What is the product brightness level? 
• After consulting with different retailers, lightbox lux level of 2,**0 lux is a good standard.  Our lux level is at the top end of the market.  More LEDs are needed in order to achieve 2,**0 lux.  Brightness is adjustable.
  
  

• Lightguide
• Different silk screen pattern will be used for different size of lightbox.  We do not use one silk screen pattern for all size.  This is to ensure the distribution of light is homogenous.
