Common Errors and Solutions

◆ If the LED tube light can not be lighten up ， please make sure the power is connected well and switch is on If the LED tube light lighting on and off, please make sure the power is connected firmly . Note ： If the LED tube light still do not work, please consult to professional staff



Packing, transportation, storage
◆ Put on product name, part number, manufacturer logo, QC testing certificate etc on the package along with datasheet.

◆ Suitable for vehicle, boat, airplane shipping, please cover the goods to protect from the sunburn, upload and download the goods carefully during transportation;

Store in the package if product not being used. Storing temperature is **0 ℃ ～ + *5 ℃ ， relative humidity is 0% － *5%. Make sure far away from harmful gas, combustible, explosive goods and corrosive chemicals. Package should keep at least *0cm from the ground and *0cm from wall, heat source, window or air entrance.


Notice

◆ LED tube light can be used in traditional T8, T*0 brackets. （ Just need to take off the ballast ）
