introduction of light duty overhead bridge crane QD
type
1. QD model overhead crane with hook is mainly used inside
workshop. It is divided into two working classes: A5 and A6
according to the use grade and load-up condition.
2. There are three kinds of method for entering the platform of cab
from the side, from the end and from the top.
The figure is the side enterance; arrowhead A shows the end
entrance; the top entrance is at the place there is no door.
3. The cab can be either fixed at the left end or at the right end;
the figure shows that the cab is fixed at left end.
4. Safe slide wire or angle iron can be used for electric
conduction of the crane; it can be either at the opposite side of
the cab or at the same-side of the cab.

Brakes
Independent Hydraulic Brake Conical rotor type or "Fail to safe"
action type Electro-hydraulic drum / disc brakes type to be
provided to hold the mechanism in position instantaneously as soon
as the power supply is 'OFF' either accidentally or intentionally
for all motions.
Gear Box
Accurate hob cut helical / spur gears & pinions having hardness
250 to 350 BHN made from carbon alloy steel, smooth operation &
long life, can equipped with SEW/ABB brand high quality gear
box.
Electrical Panel
Modular design, ease to install and maintain, reliable operation,
fuses less circuitry, ducted wiring and compact terminals. Motor
overload protection to prevent overloadingIf cabin control, it can
be equipped with Air-conditioning and with easy and conveniet
control panel.
Limit Switch
For over Hoisting and Over lowering: Shunt, adjustable type. Two
way lever type for CT both direction and LT both direction of
reputed make.Safety limit switches for stoppers will be provided to
prevent over traveling in all motions.
Control Panel
Through Cabin Control as also with Master Controller with Push
Button for ON, OFF, UP, DOWN, Forward, Reverse, Left, Right, Bridge
Light & Emergency Stop. Operating safe Voltage 36Volts,
hanging in the end of Bridge Girder.The control panel of crane
should consist of Fuses, reversing air breakers, step down
transformer, relay etc. The wires / cables should be numbered as
per circuit diagram. Circuit diagram covered with sheet to be
provided on the inside of panel door.
