PROCEDURE (Non-Negotiable): 
 
1. Buyer issues ICPO + financial capability 
2. Sellers confirms ICPO and issues FCO 
3. Buyer counter signs FCO and returns to seller with the (MT **9) 
4. Sellers issues contract 
5. Buyer and seller shall review, sign and seal the contract (SPA) 
6. Buyer provides CPA (charter party agreement) and vessel information (Q*8 and C FORM) 
7. Seller issues invoice for the first lift 
8. Buyer issues LC bank   
9. Seller secures the product and fixes the loading times and loading commences
