A more reliable cap pickup arm is adopted to ensure perfect cap placement. *With multi-point photoelectric detection, automatic machine stop at no-bottle feeding, exit bottle blockage, bottle failing, wrong position and insufficient air pressure. * Cap tighten-up torque can be adjusted to ensure perfect surface. * Bottle breakage rate is reduced by having a shock-absorbing device in capping head. * Material of the frame is stainless steel.
