Description:
RTV*2 moulding making silicone rubber is generally named as two-part silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature.Part A is a flowable liquid ,part B is the catalyst.

Operation :

1. Make sure the surface of the original is clean and free of loose material.
2. Weight **0g of Part A base and 2g of part B Curing Agent in a clean container.
Mix the silicone rubber and curing agent evenly.
3.Vacuum pumping
It will take less than *0 minutes
4. Pour the mixed Part A base silicone and curing agent as soon as possible
onto the original
5. Demoulding after *4 hours,it will improve the replicate times of silicone moulding.

Storage:

It is a kind of non-dangerous goods. This product should be sealed and placed in a cool and dry place which should keep from sunlight and rain .
Silicone mold making rubber RTV*2 is an environmentally-friendly liquid silicone product, is not easy to burn which can be stored and transported as non-hazardous goods.

3.The storage period of this product is 6 months. If it becomes to be more viscous .Stirring it evenly before using it, so that it can function normally.

FAQ:

Why the silicone mold just can be reproduced for a few times?

Adding too much silicon oil into silicon rubber .silicon oil is an additive which destroy the molecular weight of silicon rubber and reduce the tension and tear strength; making the mold for small and complicate pattern products with high hardness silicone rubber which is easy to break; making the mold for large products with a low hardness silicone rubber which will reduce the tensile and tear strength of the mold, and the mold will have the issue of deformation .
So we should choose the silicone rubber specifically base on the requirements of our products to avoid this issues.

Why silicone rubber add curing agent after mixing a lot of bubbles?
This is normal physical phenomena. The liquid will produce a large number of bubbles in the mixing time ,so must pass through the vacuum exhaust bubble treatment.
