3.Liquid Silicone rubber for gypsum operation instructions 
1）Step One: Take **0g of part A and add 2g of part B and mix the silicone rubber and curing agent evenly.
 
2）Step Two: vacuum pumping
Without exception, this step takes less than *0 minutes.
Note: The time for vacuum-pumping should be less than 3—5 minutes, otherwise, once the silicone rubber has cross-link reaction during vacuum pumping process, it will not be operated.
 
3）Step Three: Pouring the mixture into the frame with original gypsum mold slowly .
 
4.Shelf life for Liquid Silicone rubber
*0~*2months, when stored in a dry & cool place under the room temperature *5.

We only provide the materials that have been approved by many customers and little claim or no claim on it. We have signed the obligation contract with the manufacturer. If the few quality issue happened, we can work with the manufacturer to solve it and customers benefit can be guaranteed.
2) How much sample can you provide and who will bear the sample cost?
We can provide the Silicone Rubber samples  not more than 1kg free of change. However, the courier cost must be born by the customer. As to the Silicone Rubber composite materials, we can provide the piece not more than 1kg free of change ( with the existing module). However, the courier cost must be born by the customer. If we need to make a new model, this excludes.
3) Which delivery term will you usually offer?
We usually offer FOB shenzhen, CFR or CIF port (defined by the customer).
