Product Description

Live Chilean (Rock) lobster (Jasus frontalis), also sometimes referred to as 'spiny lobster'.  They are taken from the rocky marine depths and crevices from the islands of Santa Clara, Robinson Crusoe, Alejandro Selkirk, San Felix and San Ambrosio.

These lobsters are gelpak + biroute of wood soaked in seawater, which provides a stable shipment with low mortalities.  Various sizes are usually container packed as per sizes/carton as indicated above.
