We have years experience of aluminum alloy casting, since we need to produce the corrugated pipe molding blocks for our PE/PVC corrugated pipe extrusion line which is our another main business started from ***0's. and now we produce aluminum casting pieces according to customer's requests and drawings with the same superior quality as our mold blocks for our extrusion line. The weight of casting pieces can range from 0.*5kg to ***0kg. 1 Metal liquid is shaped solidly by the effect of pressure, which can raise the fluid of the metal liquid and ensure a better shape of the casting piece. This casting method is benefit to shape casting pieces with require of clear silhouette and glabrous surface, especially suitable for the casting of large pieces of thin wall. 2 The casting pieces is formed in pressure, so the shrink spot on the pieces can be filled adequately by the metal liquid. As a result, the casting pieces are made with dense texture and high mechanical performance. 3 The technical parameter of the low pressure casting can be adjusted freely within the technical range, which can ensure an even and smooth metal shape and avoid the defect of the casting piece for the purpose of improving the quality of the casting pieces.
