PFCC for low voltage Networks 

This Series of capacitors is the result of in-depth research on dielectrics, impregnating oils and production processes. The capacitors are characterized by a very high degree of reliability and long life. Based on current knowledge, the materials used are totally compatible with the environment. 

Structure

The structure of the capacitor is composed of low power and low voltage MPP film capacitive elements.

The elements are connected in delta or star to reach the rated power and voltage.

Impregnating Oil

It is a nontoxic, biodegradable, natural oil with a chlorine content <5 ppm. Particular attention is given to the various phases of processing , to the oil impregnation of the dielectric and the drying process.

Case

The capacitor case is made of sturdy welded steel sheet which can withstand the normal stress produced by breakdownns. It is completely full and does not contain air bubbles: the perfect sealingof the container guarantees against deterioration of the materials, thus ansuring o long life for the capacitor.

Terminals 

 The capacitor trminals are soldered on the porcelain bushings, glazed for perfect resistance to atmospheric elements. The procelain bushings are metallized for both fastening to the capacitors cover and for fixing to the screw terminal connections.The bushings are perfectly sealed and particularly sturdy. 

Discharge Devices

In Conformity with standards the capacitors are internally fitted with discharge resistors for reducing the residual voltage to less than *0 V within 5 minutes of shutdown. 

Specifications

High Voltage Shunt Capacitor are suitable for AC electric system with power frequency *0 or *0Hz and comply with IEC ****1

1. Ambient temperature : BFM type shunt capacitor **5°C~**5°C, s.2  type filter capacitor **0°C~**5°C

2. Altitude: not exceed ***0m . If requested altitude above ***0m, have to been special supply on that.

3.Dielectric of between terminal for capacitor should bear one voltage test on below, duration time *0s.

a. power-frequency AC voltage : Ut (~) =2.*5Un

b. DC voltage: Ut (-)=4.3Un

4. Capacitor should bear transition over-voltage with first peak not exceed 2.2Un and duration 1/2 period 2.6 For voltage up and higher harmonic, capacitor permit operate on stability over-current with effective value of 1.3In, but for capacitor with max positive deviation, over- current permit up to 1.*3In..

5. Difference between measure capacitance and rated capacitance, not exceed *5%~**0% of rated capacitance, the ratio measured by max capacitance and min capacitance no more than 1.*6 , which between each two line terminal of three phase capacitor.

6.On power-frequency rated voltage and temperature *0°C, capacitor tangent value of loss angle

Note: if with discharge resistance and internal fuse , capacitor tangent value of loss angle permit increase 0.***1

7. Capacitor with discharge resistance, reduce from peak of rated voltage to below *5 V within *0min after break with power source. If requested reduce from peak of rated voltage to below *0V within 5min, it need special remind on order.
