Product Description

Low Emissivity Coating Glass (Low-E Coating Glass) is a product which applies several uniforms coatings of metal or other compounds by vacuum magnetron sputtering. High visible light transmittance and high reflection of infrared ray enable the glass to have good performance of heat insulation.


Solar-control Low-E Glass
Features:
1.Suitable visible light transmittance, sheltering the outdoor sight, which allows proper lighting effect.
2.Low solar transmittance, effectively preventing the solar radiation. SC<0.5
3.High far-infrared ray reflectivity, low heat transfer coefficient (U value), and good insulation properties
4.Help in energy-saving if made into IGU (#2)
Applicable range:
1.Heat and heat insulation enables it be applied in both southern and northern areas. In summer it can prevent effectively solar thermal from coming indoors, and reflect the outdoor far-infrared heat radiation. In winter, the solar heat intensity turns down 1 / 3 of that in summer to keep the proper insulation performance.
2.Available for various buildings with proper decoration and sheltering.


High transmission Low-E Glass
Features:
1. High visible light transmittance allows natural lighting, close to the natural color of glass.
2. High solar transmittance and high solar heat radiation.
3. High far-infrared reflectivity and low heat transfer coefficient (U value) lead to good insulation properties.
4. Help in energy-saving if made into IGU (#3)
Applicable range:
1.Cold northern regions: in winter, solar heat radiation comes into indoors through the glass to increase the heat inside the house. It can reflect back the heat caused by heating, home appliances and human bodies to reduce the energy-consumption.
2.Available for buildings with transparent appearance and natural lighting.

 

Double Silver Low-E Glass
Features:
Double silver Low-e is high-grade Low-e glass which is coated by two silver metal films with better shielding to the solar radiation. It combines both high light transmittance and low solar heat radiation with additional performance as following:
1. Higher visible transmittance with nature light.
2. Low solar heat transmittance and low SC value.
3. Low U value where the solar heat radiation is prevented from entering the house in summer and keep warm indoors in winter.
