For over *0 years we have had experience in cultivating Ipecacuana in the northern zone of Costa Rica. We are pioneers in practices that are widely used today to grow the crop.

Ipecacuana ( some call it Ipeca)  is a dried root. It has been used since the times of Napoleon Bonaparte ( he gave it to his troops when they were sick)It has several uses.

*- It is a emitina. This means it produces deep vomits. It is very potent and make someone vomit everything.
*- It cures amoebas.
*- It helps cure dysentery. 
*- It has many other uses depending on the country where it is sold.   

Since we sell only the dried roots , that is what we are concerned about. Our product has 3,5 %   alkaloids, which are the active ingredients of the dried roots.  

Our goal is quality. The highest quality of Ipecacuana possible. To provide the efficiency and results needed for the laboratory and in the end the final product for the customers.
