1. Purpose: for producing baby spoon use

Mould working theory: two components LSR material A and B, mixed in the dynamic and static mixer as the proportion of 1:1:, then the mixed material go to injection barrel, then to injection nozzle, then to hot LSR mould (the mould temperature is between *0 degree to **0 degree), in the mould the mixed LSR material is cured and solidified to solid silicone parts.
