1. Demonstration function:
The configuration conforming to the original car ensures normal functions as a real car, and fully demonstrates the composition and structure and working process of the electronic control gasoline engine, along with the schematic circuit diagram printed by color inkjet.
2. Dynamic operation function:
The engine's operating modes such as start, acceleration and deceleration can be actually operated, in order to demonstrate the composition and structure and working process of the electronic control gasoline engine.
3. Detection and real-time display function:
The two-way detection terminal can directly detect all transducers', actuators' and engine control unit pins' electric signals such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals.
4. Self-diagnostic function:
A dedicated or universal automobile decoder can be connected through the diagnostic socket, exerting the self-diagnostic functions such as ECU/TCU code query, fault code reading, fault code clearing, data stream reading, executive component testing, parameter setting and waveform analysis on the engine and manual/automatic transmission.
5. Fault setting and examination function:
There is a dedicated fault setting and clearing area, with integrated circuit board applied in fault setting. The fault setter of integrated circuit applies **-way high current and a dedicated fault setting and clearing area, with the fault setting system intelligentized. This fault setting system is designed as follows:
(1)Up to *0 individual faults or nearly thousand compound faults can be set, with three functions - closed and open circuit, virtual connection, and short circuit faults.
(2)Functions such as fault presetting, permanent saving, and password locking are available.
(3)Communication Data are separately enveloped for the convenience of maintenance and related examination.
