Product Description:

Three rollers grinder is mainly used for paste materials of paint, printing ink, pigment and plastic. It is specially applied in polishing the materials with dispersitivity, high viscosity, and fineness. The machine effects in polishing through extruding and wearing in three rolls.

Main Features:

Consist of three rollers fixed on the frame

Drived directly by the Siemens motor

Different rotation direction between rollers

With one roller forward, one backward, one quick while the others slow

With mid roller fixed, the other two rollers mounted on the sides.

The distance between three rollers is adjustable by PLC or Hydraulic system or hand wheels to reach different grinding fineness

Material is fed from space between front roller and mid roller

Material is rolled out by the fast roll

With water cooling system to ensure finished products are of good quality.

It's equipped with variable frequency converter to control the speed.

The oil circuit uses special connector to ensure no leakage.

Controlled by magnetic valve, the response speed of press and loosen is faster.
