Composite dock fender is independent researched and developed of patented technology products by our company. It is made by fiberglass and epoxy resin pultruded rod as inner enhanced reinforcement, wrapped recycled waste polyethylene (HDPE) outside, produce outline mold according to outline dimension and designed strength request, to continuously mold thermoplastic cylindrical products. It is the upgrade of replacement new products of same kind of wooden dock fender, silicone fender, ect.

 

LEADFRP plastic composite fender has obvious advantage of environment: use waste polyethylene to reduce the pressure of the growing white pollution. It can be reused after damaged.
