Manketti and Marula oil has been used in Africa for thousends of years for a variety of uses of which one of them was used for skin and hair treatment. Manketti and Marula nuts is native to the northern parts of Namibia. The oil is sourced from Manketti and Marula nuts which are egg-shaped, fruits that grow on  trees. These nuts are used as a staple diet in some areas, especially  amongst the San people in Namibia. The fruits and nut is rich in Vitamin E, Omega 6, Calcium, Magnesium, Protein, Iron, Zinc and Copper and have a high content of Linoleic Acid  as well as Riboflavin and Thiamine. M&M Natural Oils has a large team of locals (about **0 families) that as entrepreneurs supply the factory with the fruits. As the market expands and the demand increases, the families that will benefit from this venture, thus promoting sustainability and  assisting in eradicating of poverty in the region.   
 The seeds are cold-pressed for the extraction of an oil that is stable and does not go rancid easily. This oil has many uses ranging from cooking (beautiful nutty flavor) to external usage as a skincare oil with it's high percentage of Linoleic Acid that has skin-enhancing properties. The byproduct of the seeds after the press process is utilized in producing fodder for livestock supplied to local farmers to assist in feeding livestock during droughts. Everything of the fruit seed is utilized one way or another.
