Procedure
1.Seller provides offer/procedure with terms and conditions to buyer.
2.Buyer issuesICPOto seller.
3.Seller issues draft contract to buyer and buyer signs and seals back to seller.
4.Seller issues final SPA (NCNDA/IMFPA) and both parties sign and seal.
5.Refinery issues letter of delivery confirmation.
6.Buyer issues pre advice DLC MT **0 (SWIFT-MT **0 non-operative )
7.Seller issues partial POP to buyer and two percentage(2%) P-bond(performance guarantee)
8. List of Partial Proof of Product Document (PPOP) includes:
a. Export License
b. Incorporation of Registration/Certificate
c. Commercial Invoice
d. Draft Bill of Lading for the shipment  
e. Inspection Report  
f. Commitment to Supply
g. Certificate of Origin
h. Draft Shipping Agreement

9. The DLC will become operative after confirming 2% PB.
*0. Delivery commences as per contract and the shipment should arrive at buyers discharge port within *0/*5 days.
*1. The payment will be made within 3 (three) banking days by direct transfer T/T **0% of face value of each months delivery to the Sellers account against shipping documents after the shipment arriving the destination and getting the eligible certificate of CIQ/SGS/CCIC inspection report.
