Inspection: By SGS, / CCIC / Russian certified product passport
Commission: Seller side USD 5.*0, Buyer side USD 5.*0.
 
PROCEDURES:
*-The Buyer issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order and Bank Comfort Letter with right for soft probe.
*- The seller issues FCO of which buyer endorses and returns.
*- The seller issues draft contract and Invoice open for amendments.
*- Both parties confirm draft Contract by endorsing it.
*- Seller issues the railway /pipeline transportation contract for the buyer to sign.
*- Upon the agreement of the detail on the contract, seller invites buyer officially to Russia and exchange legalized hard copies contract through courier and lodge contract in respective Banks.
*- Seller and Buyer pay for the transportation and tank farm to any logistic company as per contract,
*-buyer pays for first shipment on receipt of the following documents
a. Copy of the tank receipt issued by the storage facilitator.
b. Copy of license to export, issued by the ministry of energy.
d. Copy of statement of availability of the product.
e. Copy of the refinery commitment to produce the product.
f. Certificate of origin
g. Certificate of quality /SGS OR Russian certified Q &Q certificate
h. transportation contract Product to the Port.
i. Copy of the Port Storage agreement.
j. Copy of tank storage receipts.
k. Copy of DIP test authority/Assignment of ownership document.
*- Seller and Buyer finalize shipment schedules with the shipping company.
 
*0. The SGS inspection will be borne by the Seller at the loading refinery storage facility and Buyer at the unloading seaport.
*1. Shipment commences as per contract. BUYER releases payment to the SELLER and all Brokers/Agents same time out-turn shipment delivered per slot via SWIFT fund transfer within *0 banking days after discharge of cargo and receipt of all the relevant shipping documents.
