TRANSACTION PROCEDURES:
1. Buyer issue ICPO
2. Seller issue Sales and Purchase Agreement, buyer and seller signed contract agreement.
3. Buyer must issue the POF and Seller will issue the PPOP, commitment to deliver the
goods, certificate of origin and product passport certificate.
4. Buyer bank will issue DLC / BG and seller will issue full POP with 2%PB
5. Seller will commence loading vessel to destination port
6. Once vessel arrives to destination port, Buyer releases full payment within *2hrs by T/T
for the total value of the product. Seller hand over Ownership to Buyer.

Find attached SCO for Mazut , procedures are non-negotiable. We need an ICPO and CP / we can move forward if your buyer accepts seller procedures
 
NCNDA & IMFPA comes into force once the BUYER opens the DLC, in the meantime after signing the SPA we can issue the NCNDA & IMFPA, but it will have no value until Buyer issues payment instrument.
 
Commission is: Seller side closed
 
Buyer side U$ 3,*0 closed and Dynamic Forte(USD$2.*0 closed), usd$5dollars comm to be split and shared.
