TECNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND MATERIALS
 
PVC COATED MDF PANEL INTERIOR DOOR

-Leaf:High standard grooved and tongued solid wood stiles imported from Russia. Stiles attach together with waterproof adhesive and puncher to construct a frame. Lock block attach to frame, and inside of each leaf filled with Honeycomb infill.  
-Leaf Surface:0,*0mm thick PVC imported from South Korea. Surface of MDF panels coated with PVC on Membrane machine. 6mm thick MDF panel and stile frame pressed together under high temperature with waterproof adhesive on both side of each leaf.  
-Frame: We carry MDF frame and Composite type frames made in Turkey. MDF frame thickness is *2mm, *6mm also available. Composite type of frame is *6mm thick. Surface of frames coated with 0,*0mm PVC.
-Jamb: MDF Jamb and composite type jambs made in Turkey. MDF type jamb thickness is 7mm, and Composite type Jamb thickness is 5mm. Surface of jambs coated with 0,*0mm PVC.
 -Hinge:Stainless steel and chrome hinges made in Turkey, and both of them high quality and high standard products.
-Lock: R**0 Ball-Bearing model chrome locks our choice, and it is made in Turkey.
-Sealing: A Class Special fabrication, flexible, durable, double color product.
-Screw: Size of screw is 4,3mm and sparsely threaded.
-Honeycomb Infill: .Inner filling honeycomb paper has a good effect on sound and heat insulation.
-PVC coating: 0.*0 mm thick PVC imported from South Korea. It is highly durable, scratch free, beautifully grained and long lasting quality.
-Sideband: 0,*4mm x 0,*0mm and 0,*5mm x 0,*0mm PVC material used.
-Stile: *2x*8mm thick stiles imported from Russia. Highly durable, 0 natural solid woods, grooved and tongued, quoted and interlaced. Groove provides air circulation.
-Adhesive: Environmentally friendly waterproof adhesive imported from Italy. Urea adhesive apply to MDF panels under *5 ºC and white adhesive apply MDF panels under *0 ºC.
-Corner Blocks:Long lasting, durable and hard plastic corner blocks made in Turkey.
-Environment:Healthy product without radiant pollution, formaldehyde and toluene chemical. Good efforts for the sound insulation and heat preservation.
