PW mixers are used for mixing and blending meat and meat stuffing. With its output, this machinery is suitable for small and midle size production. In standard the PW mixers are eqiuped with one mixing spiral but For customer request the machine can be equiped with paddles mixing system. Construction Whole machine are made of stainless steel. Reverse action mixing spiral allows for efective mixing products. Stainless steel lid lets addition of spices and other ingredients. For easyy unloading and better cleaning the tank can be tilled manually of **2º. For better safty, mixing action stops when the lid is rised and additionaly the PW mixer is equiped with emergancy stop . It is also possible to manufacture mixer with vacuum system.
