1. Medical masks: 

- These are two types of medical masks in the market at present: 3 layers or 4 layers. 

3 Layers: 

Inner layer White nonwoven *5 GSM

Filtration layer Meltblown *5 GSM

Outer layer Blue nonwoven *0 GSM

BFE (EN ****3) ≥ *5%

4 layers: the product will have 1 more layer compare to 3 layers mask.

Inner layer White nonwoven *5 GSM

Nanosilver layer: Typically, for EU market, customers have not preferred this layer due to it can also kill the good virus. Even this nanolayer can be produced in our factories as we do nanotechnology. So, most of the medical mask use Nonwoven coated *0 GSM instead of Nanosilver. 

Filtration layer Meltblown *5 GSM

Outer layer Blue nonwoven *0 GSM

BFE (EN ****3) ≥ *5%

* To increase BFE from *5% to *8%, the standard of Meltblown will need to change. 

2. Nanofit mask: 

This is new concept: NanoFit Respirator 4.0, a similar concept as 3M or N*5 mask but much more cost-effective. Including 1 plastic mask ( $3) bonus *0 pcs of *-layer filter ($4.5). You can buy the medical mask layer.

These will be 3 parts for this mask.

- The cover plastic: produce by PP material, with holes. 

- A four-layer filter (similar as 4 layers medical mask): Including 2 layers of pp nonwoven fabric to prevent droplets. The next part is the Melt blown with high density to prevent viruses and bacteria from invading. And a layer of Nano-silver coated fabric to kill up to *9% of viruses and bacteria

- Inside will be Non-Gapping mouth and nose cover: The unique material silicon-like makes it super fit the face to prevent dust, viruses, and bacteria getting in.
