NC Metal Super mini Ring (NC-MSMR)
As the structural changes, MSMR is especially suitable for the application of liquid - liquid two-phase relative flow, reducing the dispersed droplets coalescence. The symmetrical uniform structure within the curved arc of the form of bars, this design enables the uniformity of fluid flow, better droplets dispersion cycle dispersed -convergence - re-dispersed, effectively reduces the back mixing of axial direction, and improves liquid – liquid two-phase mass transfer efficiency. Therefore, by applying such packing in liquid - liquid extraction process of mass transfer achieved a very good technical and economic effect. It outperforms pall ring packing and saddle ring
packing, smaller axial mixing, larger processing capacity, the mass transfer effects can be increased by *0%.
