-Standard head thicknesses down to 0.2mm -Machine screws are offered from M0.6 to M3. Metal thread forming screws are available between M0.6 to M2.6. -Plastic thread forming screws are available between M0.6 to M5.0 -All screws offered in large quantities (1k minimum units). -Rigorous testing procedures include*- torque analysis, salt spray, plate testing, hardness check and plating thickness check. -Optical inspection, colored Cr3 plating finishes and self locking patches are all available. *We are proud to be able to manufacture custom parts to customer specific spec sheets or custom drawings. This means that all thread forms, sizes, head styles and materials are available.
