mica tape is a flexible mica paper impregnated with silicone resin and reinforced with glass fibfre or PE film.
It was used as key component of the electrical insulation system of fire resistant cable.
The tape is very flexible and can be applied at high speed permitting economic production of cable taping.
We can supply the tape in pads or cross wound spool 5mm width minimum. The length can vary at customer request.
