  ●Characteristics:

     VAT series are economic products under the brand named "天迎" of our company, with quality
inferior to "Cheehie" brand.

     1．It is free of maintenance and is non-lubricated. The pump is oil-less and will not pollute
the gas transmitted. Extract of damp gas is allowed.

     2．It can be installed in any direction, for example, being installed horizontally, vertically, or in a slope, and work properly.

     3．The pump can run continuously around the clock without interfering and applies to wide many fields such as gas analyzer, industrial instruments and object adsorption.

  ●Technical Specifications

     Material Specifications:

         After entering the pump, the gas will come into contact with three kinds of materials:
PA***0G，EPDM， Silicone rubber.

  ●Attentions

      1．The air inlet of micro vacuum pump allows heavy load, and it can work properly even being
completely blocked.

      2．The air outlet of the pump must be unobstructed without any component that may hinder gas
emission in the exhaust pipe! Otherwise, please select FML or FAY series of products.

      3．For electromagnetic interference: if the system is equipped with a sophisticated circuit
(MCU) to control micro pump operations, the pump with brushless motor is preferred, such as VLC, VLK and VMY series.

      4．The pump is provided with DC power supply. When ordering, please indicate voltage.

         Suggestion: *4V is preferred, which is more conducive to longer operation of the pump.

      5．Weight: ≈ **0 g.

      6．The values of flow rate and parameters of degree of vacuum are measured under the condition of *0 ℃ temperature and standard atmospheric pressure.

  ●User Instructions

     1．Service Conditions

        The pump shall not be exposed to direct sun light. It shall work in an environment clean and well ventilated.

        Ambient temperature: 0℃ ～ *0 ℃

        Relative humidity: ≤ *0%

     2．Working Medium

        ① The air being pumped must be corrosion-free and oil-free. Damp air is allowed.

        ②Temperature allowed for air being pumped: 0℃ ~ *0℃

 Attentions

      1 . The air outlet of the pump must be unobstructed without any component that may hinder gas emission in the exhaust pipe! or the micro pump may be damaged.

      2 ．No foreign substance is allowed in the nozzle, or the micro pump may be damaged.

      3 ．The motor leads shall be quickly welded, otherwise the motor will be damaged due to high
temperature.
