Hydrocarbon Wax is an
excellent external lubricant for PVC Processing. PVC has natural
tendency of sticking to metal at the time of processing and hence
it is not lubricated externally and as such the extrusion results
are not satisfactory. It is also used in several industrial
applications like manufacturing PVC pipes. The Hydrocarbon Wax is
widely used as an electrical insulation material. This Hydrocarbon
Wax is also used in cosmetic industries because it is resistant to
moisture and oxidation and gives a nice gloss to lipsticks, eye
shadows, foundation, etc.
