This is a brand new welding machine, just not in the original package. The machine is surplus after closing a fabrication shop in my family. The machine was never installed and is in "excellent condition". The machine retails for $***0.*0 so $***0.*0 is a fantastic deal on a great piece of machinery. Miller is leader in welding equipment. Shipping within the united states ranges from $**0 - $**0 which i wish for the buyer to pay. If shipping surpasses $**0.*0 mark then i will consider absorbing some of the cost. I do know this is a **5# package, I shipped one of these machines from Baton Rouge, La. to Seattle, WA for $**6.*0 with UPS Freight.
