The column of the machine is precision ground .It is fitted with a large did meter cylindrical Roller bearing in the longer end for positing with combination of a radial roller bearing and Roller thrust bearing in the upper end. This design totally eliminates radius stress & provides Feathers touch movement. The head stock features dynamically balanced components, hardened & precision ground Allow steel gears, anti friction mounted shafts, shafts & spleens and large diameter spindle Mounted in precision roller bearing hydraulic clamping is provided on JP-R*5, JP-R*5JP-R**0, JP-R**5, JP-R**0.
