Coal mining polyester fiber reinforced plastic mesh fake ceiling is made of high modulus, high strength polyester filament warp knitted and bundled together as the base body, and coated with flame retarded, static conductive material. It can replace the net ceiling intertwined with bamboo splint and metal wire. The product has the excellent property in acid and alkali-resisting, anti-aging, flame retarded and static conductive. Furthermore, it has low cost, long life length, high breaking strength. Therefore, it can be widely used in tunnel for its protective ceiling, side protection and working fake ceiling

Product Feature

With the property of solid and soft, light in weight and high in breaking strength, the consumption of the fake ceiling is only around 1 kg per meter, while the corresponding metal ceiling will be about *2 kg per meter. The breaking strength can be ranged from *0kn to **0kn. The property is outstanding, compared with the metal net and other high strength mining nets for the same use.

Method of Application
