A variety of granulation processes to recycling PP woven bags, plastic film and other thermoplastic material processed through the specially designed gas nitrided screw & barrel which increase useful life in double extruder machine mounted with screen changer at the end to remove dust and impurities to get optimum quality granules. our specially designed mechanical structure give moistureless granules. 

Dual filtration means better quality granule to hold a strong footprint in the competent market. Stainless steel quenching tank can be adjusted to the height of extruder with ease in mobility of it. Automatic master batch dosing system gives perfect result into color of granule and further , automatic additives feeding extruder doesn't require manpower as it performs function of additives feeding automatically.Power saving ceramic heaters and inbuilt barrel cooling system is an added advantage.
