Firstly: Controller Installation:

     Mppt controller PV module components installed, after the external circuit construction safety engineering, in the following order to connect and secure operating system components.

1. Prepare relevant tools and cable, suggest that choice the suitable cables, to insure that the current density is less than 2A / mm, this will help circuit to reduction voltage.
2. Battery positive and negative securely connected to the positive and negative of controller(battery sign).
3. Solar panelpositive and negative securely connected to the positive and negative of controller (solar panel sign).
4. Loadpositive and negative securely connected to the positive and negative of controller (load sign)

(Disassembly: To prevent accidents, remove the solar modules connection first,then take the battery connection)

Secondly: Controller Interface Description and adjustment (press the up key to enter the interface converter)

Interface 1: The initial interface, surface display solar panel voltage; actual charging power; battery voltage; charging current.

Interface II: Under-voltage protection voltage setting

1. Enter second interface, press the ON digit flashes, then press the up or down keys tomake digitincrease or decrease.
2. After setting up the required value Press OFF to exit.

Interface III: Recovery discharge voltage settings

1. Enter second interface, press the ON digit flashes, then press the up or down keys tomake digitincrease or decrease.
2. After setting up the required value Press OFF to exit.

Interface Four: Close charging voltage setting

1. Enter second interface, press the ON digit flashes, then press the up or down keys tomake digitincrease or decrease.
2. After setting up the required value Press OFF to exit.

Interface fifth: float voltage settings (usually not set by factory setting)

1. Enter second interface, press the ON digit flashes, then press the up or down keys tomake digitincrease or decrease.
2. After setting up the required value Press OFF to exit.

Interface sixth: Controller internal temperature and battery temperature display

Interface seventh: display controller model and controller system voltage

Thirdly: Precautions

1. This product shouldbe avoided touching corrosive gas and humid work environment in long time.
2. Do not place the product in a severe dust, sun and rain, vibration and strong electromagnetic interference
