Flameproof and I. S. Multi-Loop Vacuum Magnetic Starter

It is used in underground coal mines, where there are mixed explosive gases, such as methane  and coal dust. With a power supply of AC *0Hz, rated voltage ***0V (**0V), it  functions as starting, stopping, single-machine dual-speed, dual-machine dual-speed, sequential control for the electromechanical devices such as coal cutter, scraper, loader, crusher, emulsion pump station according to the  actual requirements.
Main Functions and Features  
 With an embedded computer, DSP or programmable industrial controller, the pilot and control system can carry out real-time monitoring of the equipment. It protects the power system from leakage locking, overload, short circuit, phase loss, under-voltage and overvoltage, etc. In addition it also has the advantage of high intelligence, stable performance and reliability. 
The starter can display the system voltage; the electrification state of pre/post-stage of the isolation switch; the working status, working current, insulation resistance, setting current, short-circuit multiple of the contactor of each loop; the setting values of the system parameters; and in addition it can provide the fault memory of fault category and fault points and query of historical faults and curves as well as being able to display the test status; current time and date. It is a user-friendly interface with a man-machine function, it greatly improves the efficiency of analyzing and judging faults and troubleshooting. 
 Converting all the analog signals to digital signals, the starter has characteristics of strong anti-interference, simple wiring, large amount of information, and reliable and precise control, etc; 
 The starter has complete self-test, self-diagnosis and fault simulation test functions; 
 It is flexible and convenient to operate with the I.S. keyboard; 
 With modular control and protection designed for the driver unit and simple communication between the embedded computer and modules, it greatly reduces the quantity of internal signal lines; 
 With a modular structure for the shell, the starter can achieve the extension of an on-site output circuit making it very convenient to operate; 
 With the core pulling structure for driver unit, the starter has a compact structure and is convenient for maintenance; 
 With abundant communication functions, the starter supports multiple communication modes such as Ethernet, PROFIBUS, RS**5, RS**2, CAN, is convenient to connect with the monitoring and control system and connect with other starters for united control;
