Product feature

1.*-column multi-station structure design ensures stressed stability. Circular arc console design makes it possible for two persons to put products on molds simultaneously. Continuous operation of press machine improves work efficiency and protect safety of operation staff.

2.This equipment adopts PLC, force sensor and touch screen to form intelligent operation system. Parameters like pressure, displacement, time, count and alarm can be set and displayed on the touch screen.

3.With adoption of force control mode, after stamping is finished, compare stamping force value with set force value within certain displacement range, then judge whether workpieces are qualified or not, output alarm for under-pressure or over-pressure.

4.Press-fitting force value range can be set to generate Time-Force Value curve.

5.Displacement, pressure and flow rate corresponding to fast speed and low speed can be set and displayed on the touch screen.

6.Inching/automatic functions can be switched mutually. Automatic function can be realized through foot switch.

7.High precision of repeated positioning:±0.*2mm.
