MULTIVITAMIN ORAL SOLUTION

COMPOSITION: 
Contains per ml:
Vitamin A, 5 **0 IU.  Vitamin D3,  ***0 IU.
Vitamin E,  *5 mg.    Vitamin B1, 1.5mg.
Vitamin B2, 3mg.      Vitamin B6,    2 mg.
Vitamin B*2, *0mcg.    Vitamin C,     *0 mg.
Vitamin K3  2 mg.     D-panthenol    *0 mg.
Nicotinamide *0 mg.    Biotin          **0 mcg.
Folic acid  1 mg.     Choline chloride **0 mg.
Glycine     *0 mg.    Solvents ad    1 ml.
INDICATIONS:
VITA-FORTE is a well balanced combination of essential vitamins for calves, cattle, goats, poultry, sheep and swine. 
Prevention or treatment of vitamin deficiencies in farm animals. 
Prevention or treatment of stress (caused by vaccination, diseases, transport, high humidity, high temperatures or extreme temperature changes). 
Improvement of feed conversion.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: 
For oral administration:
Calves, goats and sheep : 1 ml per *0 kg body weight for 3 - 5 days.
Cattle                 : 1 ml per *0 kg body weight for 3 - 5 days.
Poultry and swine       : 1 litre per ***0 litre drinking water for 3 - 5 days.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD: None
 
STORAGE:
Store in dry dark place between 5℃ and *5 ℃,
Store in closed packing.
 
PACKING:
In **0ml **0ml and **0ml ***0ml plastic bottle.
