Municipal Solid Waste Sorting Machine:

Ballistic separator uses the different ballisticproperties and the flight behavior of theindividual materials as separatingprinciple.

1. 2D fraction: Light and flat parts, e. g.paper, plastic foils bottles or metalsmove in the upward direction;
2. 3D fraction: while the rigid, heavyfractions like stones,or textiles aremoving  to the downward direction;
3. Undersize fraction: mainly the organicwaste and dust and dirty.

• Slat conveyor: it has the even feeding function, with Japanese NTN, NSK bearing and shaft, Sumitomo motor;
• Bag Opener: Opens a bag by minimizing damage to the contents
  
• Ballistic: Good separation efficiency of remnants such as high-level waste, low-level waste, soil, etc. through the proportion of waste and the elastic action of the separator paddle.
• Trommel (optional): through separation by grain size of the waste, screening efficiency of the sorting system is improved. 
  
• Optical sortor: Plastics included in the waste are separated by material (PET, PE, PP, PS), and high screening efficiency and high purity facilitate recycling
• Air Separator: Selective separation of biodegradable substances such as the relatively small size of the food waste, etc.from the heavy material according to the waste size and weight.
• MSW Crusher: It is equipment to crush the waste steam and combustible waste into a certain size after a series of screening process.
