The process of the shiitake growing
Step 1: packing bags.
Put the smashed wood into the shiitake bags and then begin the process of the sterilization within high temperature.
Step 2: insert the shiitake spawn
Put the spawn into the shiitake bags to make it fermented .besides make some covers on top of those bags in preventing the hot sunshine.
Step 3:make the shiitake equipment to ready for listing outside.
Step 4: peel off the outside cover after outside listing.
Step 5: shiitake is going out after two weeks time.
 
 
                                                       
 
 
Socked the dried shiitake for 1 hour  before cooking
After the soaking process, the shiitake is with the thick meat and well-stacked. The cap is also smooth with no impurity.
