Mustard straw / Sarson ki Khali, 

Mustard is a varsatile cruciferous vegetable which belogs to the brassica family just like broccoli and cabbage. Native to the temperature areas of europe it was amongst the earliest grown crop in the region.  From about thousands of the years, mustard plant has been quite popularly cultivated in North Africa, Asia and some part of Europe. 
Health benefits of mustard includes relief from muscular pains, ringwarm and respiratory disorders.  Mustard has natural poision repelling qualities exerts therapetic effects on the nerves and cardic health. 
Its straw is a source of very delicious fodder for growing animals and widely used for the livestock. Its alternatively known as Brassica.
