2. Production process of caron black compounding 
Some use two stage pelletizing line to make carbon black compounding, then the output would be higher ,the end  masterbatch could have better performance.
Some ues twin screw extruder to make carbon black compounding masterbatch, lower output but competitive price for the machine.
 
If the twin screw exruder, we often premix carbon black, resin, and other addictives, then extruding it with side feeder.

(1) barrel
 Eurostyle rectangle barrel, reflux refrigeration channel s optimized and disposed, which makes temperature difference in D areas smaller
