Application:
1. It can be used in concrete products in all kinds of industrial and civilian construction, water conservancy, transportation, docks and so on. 2. It can be used to make pump concrete and self-flow grouting material with early strength, high strength and seepage resistance. 3. It is widely used in concrete and its products with whether natural maintenance or vapor maintenance. It has apparent water reducing, reinforcing effect, excellent early strength, capable to greatly accelerate turnover of molds and fields and shorten construction period. 4. Retardation setting component can also be added to produce product with retardation setting function, which can reduce loss of slump. 5. For its good adaptability to various cement, it can be used in silicate cement, common silicate cement, slag silicate cement, fly ash silicate cement and trass silicate cement and it can also be used together with other types of concrete additive meeting national standard.
Main technical properties:
1. This product is brownish yellow or taupe powder, nontoxic, odorless, inflammable, noncorrosive to steel. 2. It has high early strength, reinforcing and transforming effects. With the same cement content and slump, adding this into concrete can reduce over *8% of water for stir. The early strength of concrete will be strongly heightened. The compressive strength of concrete in the first day will be increased at *****0%, in the seventh day at ****0%, at the *8th day at ****0. And the later-stage strength as well as all physical and mechanical properties will also be highly improved. 3. It can improve the workability of concrete mixture and increase slump. With the same cement content and water cement ratio, increasing this product can increase *0cm of slump, and greatly increase fluidity. 4. It can save cement. With the same slump and strength, using this product can reduce over *5%**0% of cement.
Using Method:
1. Intermingle quantity range of 0.**1.5%, 0.**1.2% is for the use of content. It can be used in accordance with project targets and select the appropriate amount of raw materials.
2. The powder products can better match the solution and it can also be used directly, but must ensure uniform mixing of concrete.
3. If the use of this product or stagnation of water is produced after the introduction of mixed uses, the reduction of water can produce better dispersion.
4. The products with other types of mixed use of concrete admixtures with fly ash, ground slag mixture together, such as "double-doped" but it should be based on the content of the total cementing material.
5. In the initial use of the product or changing varieties of cement, it should be used in accordance with the scene of raw materials and construction with more need for concrete according to test results than with the correction of construction to guide construction of mixed use.
Considerations:
1. The product should have quality certificate and products without certificate must be prohibited.
2. The powder should be kept away from humidity. If it agglomerates, its nature will not change but it should be made into water solution before using.
3. When using concrete aggregate configuration, you should add large amount of water in case that its effect will decrease after attached by aggregate.
4. Naphthalene Superplasticizer in powder should be packed in *0kg/woven plastic bag with film liner. Naphthalene Superplasticizer in water agent should be packed in **0kg/plastic drum or tank car.
5. The powder agent has the validity of two years and water agent has one year. If the product exceeds the validity, it should be tested before using.
