Napthol dyes are used for dyeing of cotton, dyeing of rayon, dyeing of cellulosic fibers, dyeing of silk. Naphthol dyes are cold water dyes used in ice water and batik. The handling of napthol dyes is to be washed thoroughly before use kept in a tight container and a cool, dry and ventialted area. A couple of chemical hazards are as fast blue B base, fast blue BB base, fast red base, fast red B base and fast TR base.
