Stinging nettle: The ways and garden borders are being graced during the spring months by sting causing herb when it is touched called stinging nettle.

The stinging nettle is the common name for up to *0 species . It is an annual, parasitic herb native to Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and North America.

The stinging nettle is a known traditional herb, have no known side effect. Stinging nettle have a histamine, serotonin, and acetyl choline, formic acid, flavonoids, triglycerides, tannin, salicylic acid, vitamin C and A and mucilage substances.

The stinging hairs of most nettle species contain formic acid, serotonin and histamine. Stinging nettle leaves have huge amount of vitamin C and especially potassium, iron and calcium.

The stinging nettle aromatic water of the Aksuvital are produced under completely hygienic and healthy conditions. It is extracted from the stinging nettle by  the way of steam distillation and packaged to a clean bottle  in our company.

How to use:

For the adults, the Aksuvital Aromatic Nettle Water can be taken directly, otherwise can be diluted with 1/2  or 1/3 cup of tea by adding water or juice of fruits, or  could be sweetened by honey and taken three times daily before or after meals.
