I am looking for investors for a new patented hydropower plant, the winn is up **0%.
For the Investor give option:
One option is to take procent from the company, the eHKA-DE GmbH (ltd).
In this option i sell *5 % to 2,5 Mill € for the company to is investment-capital.
This *5% to can split. The winn after three years is 5 Mill € for the investor.
The Investor need to come at Munich, Germany for signing by Notarity.

The other option is a Joint Venture for hydropowerplant


Since it will be a German company, I wish that the conversation is in German language
(if possible). Moreover my english is not for a business.
