I work directly with a mandate to several private sellers of BLCO. We are looking for serious buyers, mandates, representatives only. We are not interested in your offer if you aren't a buyer, mandate, or talking directly to a mandate. If you represent a mandate, then you must be able to prove that you have consumated a BLCO transaction in the past.

We can support CIF and TTO transactions up to *0MM bbl/mo. The sellers have special rights to the oil they sell through land leases where the oil is drilled.

Procedures are flexible within reason, and will be negotiated before presentation to our mandate.
