Nitrogen Purifying Equipment by Carbon uses the method of carbon combustion deoxidization and adsorption drying. With the role of carbolic catalyst, carbon combust with little O2 in the N2 to remove O2 ,the chemical reaction is the formula of C+O2→CO2. And then drying equipment removed H2O, CO, dust and other impurities to get high-purity nitrogen by adsorption device.

The device needs adding carbon periodically, and would be suitable for the user who requires no H2 gas in the product.
