This gives it many advantages not found in other connectivity technologies. It also does not damage other materials nearby, such as wire insulation. These include simple wire and busbar connections, wire and contact soldering in the automotive and electronics fields, and special applications for enamel winding wires, films and sheets, and in the transition to solid materials, the joints do not embrittle. . The higher welding strength is produced by the relaxation process of the first two atomic layers of the component to be welded. The welding method is similar to diffusion welding and has a wide variety of applications in the metal field.
 

Node:

The welding head and the horn are designed as a half-wavelength resonator with an operating frequency.
