As one of the most important priorities of development the manufacturing of nonwoven materials on modern technologies was determined. That is why in ***4 the manufacturing of nonwoven polypropylene material on Spunbond technology was started. At present time on the enterprise the new investment project on the organization of manufacturing of new generation nonwoven materials is developed. This is Spunbond-Spunlace technology. The main markets for these materials: - disposable hygiene products for women, children & etc. - medicine goods; - towels, wipes, cosmetics mask and many more… The main advantages of nonwovens are: • Ecological, not allergenic material. • Advanced breaking strength by lesser weight comparing to classical nonwovens • Extrusion of filaments of different thickness from 0, 7 till 8, 0 dpf.
